Senior IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to facilitate the management of end-user computing solutions and office-IT responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for asset inventory and management, endpoint security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions. Additionally, compliance adherence and documentation will be key responsibilities of this role.
Responsibilities:
Endpoint & Physical Security:
Operation and troubleshooting of MDM solutions, especially Jamf.
Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to safeguard devices against cyber threats.
Optimize performance and scalability of endpoint machines (including servers) to meet business needs.
Strengthen physical security controls to protect IT and critical assets from unauthorized access and theft.
