Responsibilities:
1、 Software Technical Services:
System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows operating systems; using guides and configuration services, and system image creation and maintenance.
Application Software Services:Office series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
User Guidance Services:Resolve issues for commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training.
Virus Protection Maintenance:Installation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses.
2、 Hardware Maintenance Content
Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation.
Detection, localisation, and troubleshooting of hardware faults.
Hardware reparation and delivery services.
Ensuring stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.)...
