Job Description

PublicisGroupe is seeking an Onsite Tech Support Senior Associate in Santiago, Chile, to provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support in both on-site and remote environments. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support critical users, and contribute to IT infrastructure improvements. 
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of IT support experience, is fluent in English, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.
