Job description
The Senior Internal IT Specialist ensures the reliability and security of our global technology environment. While primarily focused on providing advanced end-user support, this role also encompasses identity management, fleet administration, and the execution of key IT projects.
You will:
Resolve complex hardware, OS, software, and SaaS issues for employees, ensuring a high-quality user experience
Administer IDM systems for user onboarding, authentication, and access rights
Participate in the employee life cycle and maintain up‑to‑date documentation
Configure, maintain, and secure company Mac fleet, including updates, hardening, and endpoint protection
