Job Description

• Provide daily IT operation support to all users and be able to communicate well with users.
• Assist users' desktop, laptop, printer, mobile phone, Meeting Room VC issues and requests promptly.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and IT related devices.
• Install and configure software, hardware and functions according to approved specifications and standard.
• Oversee and manage the smooth running of IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and assist systems, network, printers and servers related problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd level support or liaise with vendors for resolutions.
