Job Description

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Technician to serve as the unique IT point of contact in our new warehouse facility in Almere, The Netherlands.
This role will be vital in providing comprehensive first and second-level support exclusively to our local employees and over 3,000 remote EMEA employees, coordinating closely with other EMEA IT Helpdesk representatives as well as our network and system teams based primarily in France.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of IT experience and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
Provide L1 and L2 support via ticketing for hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote employees.

Deploy systems following internal processes (MDT)

Offer in-person IT support for laptops, printers, and related devices.
