**PURPOSE / SCOPE**
The Senior IT Support Technician is responsible for providing advanced Windows/server support and touch labor; supports remedy ticketing and troubleshooting; assists remote help desk in providing workstation/PC hardware installation, configuration and maintenance; supporting user applications and troubleshooting; and other duties as assigned all while ensuring successful performance and compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), Program, USG, and international requirements and guidelines.
