We're looking for a Senior IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our IT team in Helsinki. This is a hybrid role where you will run the day-to-day IT operations and systems administration while also driving workflow automation using n8n and AI-enabled tooling. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and streamline onboarding, offboarding, and internal operations.

Own the transition from manual IT operations to scalable automation, spending the majority of your time architecting smart workflows.
Engineer the Internal Engine by using n8n and AI-enabled tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks across HR, Finance, and Legal.
Empower our global team by ensuring our internal systems are reliable, secure, and friction-free, setting the standard for internal IT excellence.
