IT Technician – Hands-On Support & Microsoft Expertise (5 years' experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support (onsite and remote)
• Manage the Helpdesk Ticketing system, responding to calls and emails promptly
• Set up, configure, and maintain Windows laptops and desktops
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
• Manage SharePoint access and site permissions
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a technical perspective
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure and security
