Job Description
We're looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer to join a dynamic project team supporting the rollout and ongoing development of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for a well-known organisationin Zurich .
This is a great opportunity to take on a key technical role in an active implementation project with real impact across core ITSM processes.
What You'll Do
Drive the implementation of a new ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, BMC Remedy)
Develop and enhance ITSM processes :
Incident, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management
Automate workflows using PowerShell, SQL , and other scripting tools
Maintain and expand the CMDB , ensuring data integrity and structure
Manage data imports from source systems and optimize interfaces
Act as a trusted partner to the team and grow into a go-to expert for ITSM topics
