Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in DTMF IVR development using Cisco CVP
• Strong expertise in Cisco Call Studio, CVP VXML Server, and custom Java elements
• Solid Java development with backend integrations (REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, SQL Server)
• Experience with UCCE / ICM (routing scripts, DNIS, skill group queuing, CTI variables, Finesse)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat and IVR deployment architecture
