**About The FICC (Fixed Income, Currency, Commodities) Technology APAC Team**

The APAC Team has mandates to

+ Serve local APAC business to make sure their business needs are met in a timely manner; Answer questions and provide local L3 Dev support independently when required, without needing Dev from other regions; contribute to trouble-shooting PROD incidents occurred in other time zone/regions – a.k.a the 'Follow the Sun' model.
