Our Database Experience (DBX) Team builds the libraries and tools that developers use day‑to‑day working with MongoDB. Our mission is to increase developer adoption, satisfaction and retention by providing a reliable, enjoyable interface for developers and other end‑users. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the following public driver projects and related tooling: Java driver

Java Reactive Streams Driver

Scala Driver

Kotlin Driver

Spark Connector

Other JVM‑based projects, including ORMs such as

AI tools. Additional duties include: Collaborating with Product, Server, Cloud, and other driver teams on design and specification of new customer‑facing MongoDB features.
