We’re seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to help multiple cross-functional teams (Editorial, Supplier Operations, HR) successfully adopt and optimize Jira. This engagement (40 hours) will focus on hands-on configuration, workflow setup, training, and automation to enable teams to fully leverage Jira and integrate it with existing tools like Salesforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and screens for different departments.

  • Set up user permissions, project roles, and global settings ensuring proper visibility and access control.

  • Design and implement automations and integrations.

  • Conduct a live + recorded Jira 101 training session for non-technical users.
