About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Joinery Draftsperson / Production Detailer to take ownership of the technical drafting and production detailing function across our joinery projects.
This role requires deep hands‑on knowledge of joinery manufacturing, with the ability to interpret architectural intent, identify buildability risks early, and deliver accurate, production‑ready drawings for CNC and factory use. You will act as a key technical link between design, sales, and manufacturing teams.
