Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users, and manage all services related to assigned key accounts
Establish strong rapport and trust through proactive and consistent engagement
Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Handle and resolve customer enquiries or issues across all communication channels, ensuring proper follow-up through to final resolution within agreed timelines
