Position: Senior Kotlin Backend Engineer

Schedule: Shifting schedule (mostly night shift)

Salary: Up to PHP 100,000

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant Kotlin services supporting clearing, settlement, and account infrastructure
• Architect API-driven systems that meet high standards for availability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Identify and resolve production performance bottlenecks, scaling limitations, and security issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while conducting thorough code reviews
• Contribute to deployment, observability, and infrastructure decisions alongside DevOps teams
