Team Introduction

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Design Global Payment compliance KYC system, building platform capabilities such as customer information collections and verification decision-making platform, in order to meet anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements, and minimize false-acceptance cases.
- Design automated KYC review product flows catering to various complicated business scenarios, such as e-wallets and digital lending, to reduce user onboarding frictions and minimize false-rejection cases.
