The role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining network platforms while using Jira for incident management. You will be the technical liaison for service desk operations and will work closely with vendors to ensure optimal network performance. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with key network technologies. Certifications like CCNP and ITIL are preferred but not required.
