Senior Lawyer specialising in Corporate/Corporate Finance (M/F)

As part of a closely-knit team and under the guidance of a Partner, you'll support our Luxembourg and international clients in Corporate - Corporate Finance matters, including company formations, capital transactions, dividend distribution, annual accounts, Lux GAAP, IFRS, mergers, demergers, liquidations, and corporate governance. After an initial integration period, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, manage a team, conduct trainings, and contribute to business development.
