Duties:
The case manager position is responsible for maintaining an accurate record of personal injury claims from inception to closing. This position is also responsible for working alongside the personal injury attorney to gather all necessary documentation to prepare lawsuits and finalize the settlement process.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting and sending representation letters to clients, clinics, and insurance companies (any and all parties involved). Communicate with health insurance companies, including private health insurance and Medicare/Medicaid, to obtain coverage and negotiate medical bills.
