Senior Lead, ALM Executive Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead, ALM Executive Analyst (Asset Liability Management), to lead a strategic portfolio of high-impact initiatives, reports, and presentations within our Treasury function. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in balance sheet management, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and process management.

Wells Fargo Treasury is responsible for managing Wells Fargo's balance sheet including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management. Treasury seeks to ensure Wells Fargo always maintains sufficient capital and liquidity resources to support growth in the Company's businesses, while also ensuring a satisfactory financial cushion exists to protect against unforeseen stresses in the economic environment or the Company's operations.
