As a Senior Lead Baker, you will manage production outputs and quality standards across our pastry department. Your experience in both advanced baking techniques and ingredients management will help maintain efficiency and safety in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diverse bakery production and quality control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
• Validate production sheets and manage inventory
• Train team members with hands-on instruction
• Assist with special projects and large events
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume baking setting
• Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus
