Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer – Internal Platform Ownership

Role Summary

We are building the internal operating system of a modern, insurance-based mental health practice. This platform powers clinician onboarding, insurance eligibility workflows, revenue cycle management, and operational automation where third-party systems fall short. This role will work embedded full-time with the client team, employed by Prex Technologies under our team augmentation model.

You will be the primary technical owner of the internal platform. You will write production code daily, make architectural decisions, and shape how the system evolves over the next 12–24 months. This is not a management role and not a strategy-only CTO position. It is a hands-on senior builder role with real ownership.
