Senior Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to own end-to-end lead generation for global beauty and skincare brands, with a strong focus on international markets and Korea.

This role is suited to someone who already knows lead generation, understands data quality, and can work independently with minimal oversight.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end lead generation for global beauty and skincare brands
• Research and identification of high-quality target companies
• Sourcing, verifying, and validating senior decision-maker contacts (founders, CEOs, international sales, partnerships)
• Building and maintaining clean, accurate lead lists and pipelines
• Maintaining lead generation trackers or CRM systems with high data integrity
• Supporting and improving cold email outreach and follow-up
• Assisting with or managing email outreach sequences and flows
• Ensuring low bounce rates and strong list quality
