Senior Lead - Global Process Owner IBP

Reporting to the Global Head of IBP, the Global Process Owner - IBP is the pacemaker of our end-to-end planning. At On, we grow at incredible speed, and our planning processes must keep pace. You will own and orchestrate the IBP meeting cadence, holding stakeholders accountable so regional efforts seamlessly feed the global cycle. By governing the rhythm, tracking deliverables, and aggregating regional analytics for global decision forums, you ensure our planning runs as smoothly as our products, fueling On’s continued global expansion.
