Senior Lead - Land Development Design Architect/Engineer

The Land Development Design Architect/Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and technical coordination of land development and residential projects. This role focuses on preparing detailed engineering designs, evaluating site conditions, and ensuring that all development plans comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation & review of engineering plans based on the approved site development plan, including but not limited to site grading, drainage layout, road networks, utility system and other civil works related to land development.
• Interprets survey reports, topographic data and geotechnical information to produce accurate and efficient design solutions & with the aid of other pre-engineering studies.
• Collaborates closely with design team, construction team, planners, surveyors and external consultants to ensure accuracy and timely project delivery.
