Job's mission

As a Senior Lead, Operational Excellence, you will strengthen ASM's manufacturing and supply chain performance through transformation, data‑driven process improvements, and disciplined Lean capability building. You will lead high‑impact initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, speed, and operational maturity across our global network. Through coaching, collaboration, and technical leadership, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and equip teams to deliver meaningful, sustained change.

What you will be working on

• Drive major Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous‑improvement transformation projects from scoping to deployment and long-term sustainment.
• Build organizational capability by coaching Green Belts and Black Belts, supporting training programs, and ensuring consistent use of Lean, DMAIC, and statistical methodologies.
