Senior Lead Quality -Phone Assembly

Job Purpose

  • The Senior Lead Quality is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the phone assembly plant, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards before reaching customers. This role includes Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

  • The Senior Lead Quality supervises a team of Quality Control Associates and Quality Control Supervisors, ensuring effective inspections, tests, and audits, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve overall quality objectives.
