Senior Lead Risk Management Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Risk Management Executive to support Group-level governance alignment between our Singapore office and our Japan Headquarters. This role is to ensure consistent implementation of corporate risk management and JSOX compliance standards across the Group. The incumbent will work closely with both Singapore and Japan stakeholders to strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk governance practices. This position will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of internal controls to ensure compliance with JSOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements. This involves evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of control mechanisms, identifying any gaps or weaknesses, and recommending improvements.
