Overview
We are looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to design and implement complex solutions across our Upstream Planning portfolio. This role involves mentorship, supporting and leading technical decisions, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The overall objective is to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance deliverable quality and performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Upstream Planning solutions in an Agile environment.
Establish and support architectural standards, best practices, and reusable components across the application portfolio.
Drive the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
Lead and support technical decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the development process.
