Senior Lean Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 主要职责:**

+ Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all **Safety,** **GMP, Regulatory,** **Product Quality, Company Policies, Government** and **Environmental** requirements and laws. 确保完全符合并按要求执行所有 **安全、GMP、法规、产品质量、公司政策、政府和环境** 的要求和法律。
+ Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Success Factors and strategy. 体现、支持、部署并实施公司成功因素和策略。
+ Develop strategy and plan for lean manufacturing implementation. 为精益生产执行制定策略和计划。
+ Working with other functional leaders on building the lean culture. 与其他功能领导合作，建立精益生产文化。
+ Introduce the proper tools and training on lean manufacturing. 为精益生产引进适合的工具和培训。
+ Responsible for layout and facility planning. 负责布局和厂务规划。
+ Responsible for plant capacity planning. Working with business unit leaders and engineering leaders on the capacity strategy. 负责工厂生产容量规划。与各业务部门领导和工程领导共同制定容量策略。
+ Drive the accuracy of manufacturing base data, for example cycle time. 提高生产基本数据的精确度，例如周期时间。
