Senior Learning and Development Consultant

**Position Summary:**

The Senior Consultant-Talent & OD will design and deliver custom development programs and solutions that link business strategies to individual and organization performance. In this role, you will evaluate business needs and leverage data-driven insights to determine organization learning and capability requirements. The successful candidate will apply human-centered design principles and knowledge of organization development models and frameworks to create programs that build associate and organization capability.

The candidate will be expected to understand Penske’s business model, cultivate internal partnerships, and collaborate across functions to design solutions that optimize performance.
