Senior Learning & Leadership Development Partner (AMECA)

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Senior Learning & Leadership Development Partner to join our SJ Global Academy, overseeing Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia (AMECA). This is a high-impact regional role responsible for shaping and delivering the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda across AMECA, while also providing short-term support to AEUK.

This is a mix of strategic position and hands‑on delivery and facilitation role. The successful candidate will actively consult with the business leaders to identify capability needs, and design, facilitate, and measure our learning and leadership solutions across the region, working directly with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to embed capability development into the fabric of the business.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering closely with P&C and EDIB teams to drive measurable organisational impact through learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
