Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to support the planning, implementation, and coordination of learning initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on identifying skills gaps, supporting employee upskilling, and delivering development programmed aligned with business needs. The Senior L&D Executive will work closely with HR and department leaders to promote continuous learning and capability development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent development.
• Experience in conducting training needs analysis and supporting skills gap assessments.
