Senior Learning Services Functional Analyst

Join Capita Public Service as a Senior Learning Services Functional Analyst, supporting the design and delivery of Learning Services for a major client transformation programme. In this role, you’ll work with the Recruitment & Learning Services Functional Lead to help shape Capita’s Learning Services model. You’ll collaborate with functional teams, contribute to the Service Blueprint and Operating Model, and support the development of SOPs, test scripts and end‑user materials. Your work will play a key part in ensuring a consistent, user‑focused service experience across Capita and our client.
