Job Description

• Skilled in leasing, market research, and lease administration
• Experience in property management and resident retention
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL industry is preferred.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
