Senior Lecturer- General Education

The General Education Unit invites applications for a faculty position at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer rank. Candidates should have a Master's degree (no EdDs/PhDs) in a relevant science or engineering discipline, together with a minimum of five years of related teaching experience at a recognized, top-tier institution. Experience teaching in the UAE as well as experience in materials development, course coordination, and assessment development are also valued.

• Strong, multi-disciplinary background in science and/or engineering
• Experience supervising student projects and leading student teams
• Hands on experience in one or more of the following areas: sustainability, biomedical science, environmental sciences, research methodology, social research, and related fields
• Strong soft skills and IT skills
• Experience using Excel, Blackboard, and CATME preferred
