The School of Design and Built Environment (DBE) at Curtin University invites applications for a Senior Lecturer in Architecture who will provide academic leadership as Course Coordinator and Discipline Co-Leader, based at the Bentley campus in Perth.
Architecture at DBE is grounded in socially engaged design practice, design-led research, and a strong commitment to Country-led and Indigenous-informed approaches. Teaching and research are shaped by critical questions of housing equity, climate responsiveness, cultural accountability, and ethical practice. Studios and research projects are developed through genuine collaboration with communities, industry, and Indigenous partners, embedding design practice as a rigorous mode of inquiry.
