Job Description

                     Affairs – Commercial and International team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in commercial law and corporate financing. Your role

Analyze business issues, identify the needs of internal partners, and propose appropriate legal strategies to support business activities.
Draft and interpret various banking documents, including credit agreements, security documents, and forms related to commercial operations.
Issue legal opinions in commercial law, corporate financing, and securities, and advise the Corporate Financing Operations teams in handling complex files.
