We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/diverse) with expertise in antitrust law to join our dynamic legal team in Hannover, Germany. As a key member of our Central Law Department, you will provide advice on all matters relevant to antitrust law within the Tire Group Sector, among others: 
Reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and agreements of all kinds (horizontal & vertical aspects) , supplier contracts, license agreements, cooperation agreements, terms & conditions
Evaluating market dominance related market behavior
Structuring meetings with competitors
Evaluating association activities
Supporting in structuring M&A activities, including merger control filings
Supporting cartel litigation, including follow-on claims
 Supporting antitrust investigations
Representing Continental in antitrust relevant panels, roundtables, task forces etc.
