Arcadis is seeking a high-performing legal professional to join its Canadian Legal Team. You will support infrastructure projects, particularly in transit and rail, while managing disputes and providing commercial legal advice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with project teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on infrastructure project contracts
• Manage disputes involving fees and project changes
• Draft claims letters and related legal documents
• Advise on insurance coverage and strategy for disputes
• Coordinate with North America Claims Counsel for claims
