What the Role Entails

This role provides legal support across cloud computing, technology licensing, and product compliance for Tencent’s global businesses. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and software licensing agreements, while advising on regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with internal teams and international external counsel, you will identify legal risks, design practical solutions, and maintain alignment with global regulatory standards. The role also involves improving internal policies, strengthening knowledge management, and delivering training on compliance topics.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in technology-focused legal work, strong academic credentials, and solid exposure to IP, open-source, and technology licensing.
