Responsibilities for this Senior Legal Counsel - Leading Data Centre role
Draft, review, and negotiate colocation agreements, MSAs/SLAs, vendor contracts, construction and engineering agreements.
Advise on PDPA, telecoms licensing, energy efficiency rules, and data centre regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital infrastructure and cross border data flows.
Assist with joint ventures, partnerships, and market entry initiatives.
Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
