Senior Legal Counsel, Direct Tax & Tax Litigation

Canon Sphere is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Direct Tax in Tipton, England to lead strategic legal initiatives related to corporate taxation. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 years of experience in direct tax litigation and advisory, ensuring compliance with income tax laws and offering strategic legal advice on complex matters.

Qualifications include an LL.B. and/or LL.M., solid understanding of direct tax laws, and strong legal drafting abilities. Leadership skills and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.
