Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

To draft, review, and negotiate all type of legal contracts for both internal and external parties in a timely manner while ensuring the inclusion of all relevant information and supporting documentation, and provide recommendation and abide by the MENA general legal framework.

To advise and provide legal opinions on all legal issues in Egypt and review and build all needed legal policies and SOPs and update them continuously.
Corporate Governance: To draft and review resolutions and follow up with the relevant authorities in this regard and maintain a correct legal status for all Hikma entities in Egypt with such governmental bodies.

To implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
