• Senior Counsel Department: Legal Location: Houston, TX Full Time On Site Role FSLA Status: Exempt Purpose: XRI is seeking an experienced, business-minded attorney to serve as Senior Counsel.


• Reporting to the General Counsel, this position will provide legal support across a broad range of commercial matters.
• The Senior Counsel will work closely with business leaders to provide practical legal guidance, manage contractual risk, and support strategic business objectives.
• This role is designed for a transactional attorney with strong generalist and commercial contracting experience who can independently manage day-to-day legal matters while collaborating with more senior attorneys on more complex legal, regulatory, and corporate initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will be a trusted business partner with excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance legal risk with operational needs.
