What you’ll be doing

• Join a small team of lawyers representing Equinix in its Spanish-speaking LatAm countries (currently Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile) as a corporate generalist.
• Partner with senior labor & employment counsel to provide LatAm legal support on employee relations matters and coordinate with privacy and regulatory colleagues.
• Draft and review employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
