We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer for the role of Senior Legal Counsel, based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UK-qualified and experienced corporate/energy lawyer to join our UK legal team working closely with, and reporting to, the Group General Counsel, and supporting our dynamic and fast-paced business.
 
Key Accountabilities:

Providing advice on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business operations, including in connection with a variery of corporate, commercial and M&A transactions, and asset/JV management aspects.
