The ideal candidate will:

• Be a seasoned lawyer who can play a vital role in supporting the commercial contracting process, including drafting, amending and negotiating contracts
• Demonstrate sound legal and business judgment to make recommendations, and solve legal and business problems, often within tight deadlines
